1. About the Site
The Site shows our wood-pressed edible oils and helps you contact us. It is an information and enquiry site. Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp, phone or at our store, not on the Site.
2. Products, prices and availability
- Prices, pack sizes and availability are confirmed with you when you place an order. All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless we tell you otherwise.
- Product photos and illustrations are for guidance. Packaging and labels may differ slightly.
- Our oils are natural and unrefined. Colour, aroma and natural sediment can vary between batches.
3. Placing an order
An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, and will tell you if we do.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment methods, delivery areas, charges and timings are agreed with you when the order is confirmed. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem. See our Refund & Returns Policy and Delivery Policy.
5. Product information
Information on the Site is general and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition or allergy, please check the label and speak to a qualified professional before use.
6. Intellectual property
The Ruthu Thailam name, logo, photos, text and design on the Site belong to Ruthu Thailam. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site, try to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Site or from links to third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
