We want you to be happy with every bottle. This policy explains what we do if something is wrong with your order. Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp, so please message us on the same chat.
1. Products we will replace or refund
- The product arrived damaged or the bottle or pack is leaking.
- You received the wrong product, size or quantity.
- The product has a quality problem, such as an unusual smell or taste, that you noticed when you first opened it.
2. How to tell us
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your order details and clear photos or a short video of the product, the label and the packaging. This lets us check the problem and improve how we pack.
3. What we will do
After we check your photos or video, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We may ask you to keep the product until we have confirmed the next step. In some cases we may arrange to collect it.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back using the same method you paid with, or by UPI or bank transfer if you paid by cash. We aim to complete refunds within 7 working days of approval.
5. What we cannot take back
- Opened or partly used products, unless there is a quality problem as described above.
- Problems reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused after delivery, such as storing the product in direct sunlight.
- Change of mind, because our oils, jaggery, honey and ghee are food products.
6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before we dispatch it by messaging us on WhatsApp. We will refund any payment you have already made. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned under the rules above.
7. Natural variation
Wood-pressed oils and honey are natural products. Colour, aroma, thickness and a little sediment at the bottom can vary from batch to batch. This is normal and is not a defect.
