We deliver wood-pressed oils, jaggery, honey and ghee from our unit in Thippasandra, Bengaluru. Delivery details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver within Bengaluru. Delivery areas can change, so we confirm whether we can reach your address when you place the order. You can also collect your order from our store at the address below.
2. Delivery charges
Any delivery charge, and any minimum order for free delivery, is told to you before you confirm the order. There are no hidden charges.
3. Dispatch and delivery time
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of confirmation, and tell you the expected delivery time on WhatsApp. Timings can change because of traffic, weather, festivals or stock, and we will keep you informed if there is a delay.
4. Packing
We pack bottles carefully to avoid leaks and breakage. Please check your order when it arrives. If a pack is damaged or leaking, follow the steps in our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Payment
Payment methods, such as UPI or cash, are agreed with you on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed. This website does not take payments.
6. Delivery address and contact
Please send a complete address, a landmark and a phone number that is reachable on the delivery day. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or by no one being available to receive the order.
7. Shelf life
Please check the packing date and best before date on the label. Our packs are prepared in small batches.
